KKDIK (Regulation on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals), which entered into force to ensure the safe use of chemicals in Turkey, has made the registration, evaluation, and control processes of all substances used in our sector mandatory. Within the scope of this regulation published in 2017, registration procedures for substances produced or imported in quantities of 1 ton or more annually must be completed within the determined schedule.
Our company has systematically carried out all steps required by KKDIK, completed Pre-SIEF (MBDF) notifications on time, and continues the registration processes regarding our product components in accordance with current legislation. Furthermore, we fully fulfill all our obligations within the scope of the SEA (Classification, Labeling and Packaging) Regulation regarding the correct classification and labeling of chemical substances.
As required by our production approach, we closely monitor KKDIK and SEA requirements to develop safe products in terms of human health and the environment, and meticulously implement our legal responsibilities. Thus, we offer legally compliant, safe, and sustainable chemical solutions to our customers throughout the supply chain.
